Transport for London (TFL) has advised all fleet operators that the enforcement of the Direct Vision Standard / DVS scheme will now be delayed until March 2021 due to the challenges fleet operators have faced as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The scheme will still legally come into force from 26th October 2020 as planned, however fleet operators who are not compliant will not receive the £550 penalty charge notice until March which gives operators additional time to ensure their fleet is compliant.
